About Me
I am Ashley Blank, certified Health Coach and Educational Studies Major through the Health Coach Institute and Ashford University, respectively. I love working with others to change their habits so they can reach their health goals and easily sustain them. If I have learned anything about teaching and coaching, it's that the right system, accountability, and support is the three legged stool we need to gain a necessary step upwards to accomplish our goals. That is why I wanted to start this business, to provide those three things for you to show you that the vision you have for your health is totally possible and that major breakthroughs are waiting to happen. Total Body Transformation Breakthrough Session

Online Course
Through this hour long introductory session, you will:
-Work with me to uncover the challenges you’re experiencing or what’s not going well currently when it comes to your overall wellness.
-Uncover what might be stopping you, slowing you down, or preventing you from having what you want for your health so you know what to do next to move forward.
-Receive the foundation for some powerful breakthroughs in your health
-You’ll know if I’m a good fit for you and be able to make a decision about whether or not working together is the best next step.
Throughout the course of 12 sessions occurring weekly over a 90 day period, you will discover:
-What’s been stopping you, slowing you down, or keeping you from having the body you want
- A powerful vision for your Body Transformation, and what it will mean for you and for your life
- Which foods and lifestyle habits are bringing your body down and what to do about it.
-New habits that will create positive, lasting change for your health
-Receive the tools and steady footing necessary to see yourself continue to thrive beyond our 90 days together
Done at your own pace, my Total Body Transformation four part course will give you a more concise experience of my Total Body Transformation Program in an online format. Though it will not provide the 1:1 coaching you would get with my original program, I will still be teaching you through pre-recorded video lessons and will provide you with valuable resources and learning experiences needed to help you cultivate your goals.
